The court and the mat
train the same thing.

Breath under pressure. Focus you can hold. A body that moves well and recovers well. Nicole Pham coaches tennis and teaches yoga as one practice — attention in the body, wherever you stand.

The throughline

Control and stillness are the same skill.

A serve lands because the breath before it was steady. A long hold in yin feels possible for the same reason a third-set tiebreak does: you’ve practiced staying present when your body wants out. Nicole teaches both disciplines because they feed each other.

01 Breath

The first thing that collapses under pressure — and the first thing worth training. It paces a rally and anchors a pose.

02 Focus

Watching the ball onto the strings and holding attention on one inhale are the same rep, done in different rooms.

03 Recovery

Athletes who restore well play longer. Yin, restorative, and mobility work keep the tennis body — any body — in the game.
