On the court
Tennis coaching
Sessions built around how you actually play — clean mechanics you can trust under pressure, and the composure to use them when a match gets tight.
Coaching, at your level
Fundamentals
Grips, footwork, and reliable groundstrokes from the first session. If you’re picking up a racquet for the first time — or the first time in years — this is where rallies start to feel easy instead of lucky.
Technique & consistency
Smoothing out the shot that breaks down in games: serve rhythm, a net game you’ll actually come in for, depth and spin you can repeat on the tenth ball, not just the first.
Strategy & match play
Point construction, patterns for your strengths, and playing the score — plus the between-point breathing that keeps a tiebreak from playing you.
Session formats
Private or semi-private
- Private (1-on-1). The full session shaped around your game — most progress per hour, ideal if you’re working on something specific.
- Semi-private (2 players). Bring a partner or your kids — no need to be at a similar level. Live-ball drills, more point play, and someone to keep practicing with after the lesson ends.
- What to bring. A racquet and court shoes. Balls are provided; if you’re not sure your racquet fits you, ask — gear advice is part of coaching.
- Every session ends with a plan. Two or three things to practice before next time, so lessons compound instead of resetting.
