Yoga classes

Five formats, one teacher, no performance. Whether you need to move, breathe, or finally rest, there’s a practice here shaped for it.

Find your format

Seated · Gentle · All levels

Breathwork & Pranayama

Guided breathing practice — extending the exhale, balancing the breath, learning to downshift your nervous system on purpose. No flexibility required; you’ll mostly be sitting or lying down. The most portable thing you’ll ever learn.

Steady pace · Moderate effort

Hatha

Foundational postures held long enough to understand them, linked by breath but not rushed. The best place to build alignment and strength you’ll use in every other style — and a good first class if 'yoga' feels intimidating.

Flowing · Builds heat

Vinyasa

Movement synchronized with breath, one posture flowing into the next. Expect to move continuously and finish warm. Suits people who settle their mind by moving their body — runners and tennis players tend to love it.

Very slow · Fully supported

Restorative

A handful of shapes held for minutes at a time, your body fully supported by props so it can actually let go. Almost no effort by design. For stressful weeks, poor sleep, and recovery days.

Long holds · Slow but deep

Yin & Mobility

Passive holds of three to five minutes that work into deep connective tissue — hips, spine, shoulders — paired with targeted mobility work. Quiet but intense. Exceptional for athletes and anyone who sits all day.

Nicole Pham

Nicole is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who also coaches tennis — so she teaches yoga as a practice for real bodies that do things: swing racquets, sit at desks, carry kids, run trails. Classes are welcoming, precise about alignment, and free of mysticism you didn’t ask for.
